“Be The Change”

BLANK. Nothing. A blank white page. Stillness, a void, vacancy. A clean, clear white page. I felt like this newsletter was a blank. And suddenly, that’s it! This is the beginning of January -literally a blank page to begin to create the year, 2010! That’s my inspiration.

I’ve heard this saying for many years: “today is a blank page, a clean slate, a fresh start.” Do you really believe that? And if you do, do you create in that manner? If you don’t really believe that, then now’s the time to do some exploring and find out why not.

So what do you want to choose for your blank page of today, this week, this month, this year? The great thing about creating is that as you choose, define and begin to allow your wishes to come forth, you can clarify and tweak them. Sometimes we choose and then begin to see where perhaps that’s not the defining, ultimate picture for our life. And that’s the great thing about life. We have the freedom to choose, and to shift and re-define, choose again, try it on for ‘fit’ and choose again. Nothing we choose is ever ‘set in stone’. It’s never a for sure thing, a do or die; we always have the freedom to shift our conscious and non-conscious thinking to a different place.

Now what follows in the next step is to allow the manifestation of what we choose. And this is a big learning curve for many of us. Let it happen. Learning to let what you chose happen for you means to open up, be receptive and be patient. Get out of the way and trying to make things happen. As we learn to let go of controlling the outcome, we draw closer to trusting the Divine.

Our Book of Belief, or the laws that we live our lives by comes into major participation in this process of allowing. We are taught by our families much of what we believe and hold to be ultimate truths. Personally, as I began re-defining myself spiritually, I found that much of what I thought I believed to be true, no longer held any validity for me. It just didn’t fit any more. As I learned to give up control and relinquish that death grip of power, I found that my life flowed ever so much easier. No more begging, bargaining or continuous asking for. Allow, allow, allow. And God begins to take over in such amazing ways.

The Universe does not require that we earn what we desire; nor do we have to do anything or make any sacrifices to receive. There is no such thing as too much in the eyes of Source. If you personally feel you’ve got too much, then share it. Give it to others who need it. Should a person feel that they have created all that they could ever want, then ask for and create for others. There’s virtually, literally, NO LIMITS!

The Law of Attraction tells us we may attract whatever it is we desire to be, do or have. The Law of Creation reminds us that as we choose, the Universe begins to align the creating of that desire and align it up with us. The Law of Allowance states that our desire comes to us in direct proportion to the action of allowing it to align with us.

The final step for creating this year of 2010 is that of giving gratitude. Saying thank you completes the circle of communication. All that God, our Angels, Guides and Masters expect from us is gratitude. A simple thank you keeps them in your mind, brings more goodness to you and keeps you connected. Gratitude is an enormous gift to yourself; as you begin to seek out things to be thankful for, you attract more to you! There’s that amazing Law of Attraction again!
