Welcome 2009!
Let 2009 be a year of change, of new opportunities, unlimited horizons and oneness with each other and All-That-Is. A time of great blessings, knowledge, clarity of purpose and insight is before us. Choosing what we will let go of from 2008 brings us fresh creativity for 2009. It also brings clarity for future growth, lessons, accomplishments and ideas for our desires for the new year.
A good idea over the next few days of calm and quiet is to look at what hints your life in 2008 brought to you. Some topics are:
What growth did you achieve?
What lessons did you learn, and what changes did they bring?
What one thing do you still feel you need to learn?
What did you accomplish last year that made you feel really good about yourself?
Did you celebrate this achievement?
If you didn’t, what will you do right now?
What one thing last year brought clarity and truth to your life?
Who influenced your growth? In what way?
As you ponder these topics, it’s a good idea to write down your answers.
Put them away and we’ll take them out in a few months and see where you are for 2009.
This is a bit of a different take on the traditional resolutions many of us make during the calendar change.
A second list to make is to take these same topics and choose what you desire for 2009:
What growth do you choose? In what area of your life?
What one change do you desire to manifest in your life?
What one thing do you still want to learn?
What accomplishment will make you feel really good about yourself?
When this comes about, how will you celebrate?
What do you see as bringing you truth and clarity in your life, right now?
What one thing would you do this year, if you could do anything?
If nothing had a bearing, such as money, health, education, commitments, occupation, responsibilities, where you live, nothing whatsoever stood in your way, what would you do?
What one thing would make you truly happy?
I send each of you blessings that all your wishes and dreams come true.
Namaste,
Donna Rae
